Congressman Rudy Yakym, who has represented Indiana’s 2nd District in the U.S. Congress since 2022, posted several updates on July 22, 2025, addressing constituent services and legislative efforts.

In a post at 12:24 p.m., Yakym informed residents about assistance with federal agencies: “Need help with a federal agency? My team is available in Akron, Mentone, and Nappanee today.”

Later that day, at 6:10 p.m., Yakym announced the introduction of new legislation aimed at reforming unemployment benefits.
