On March 17, 2025, Congressman Yakym visited Hoosier Spring in South Bend. He noted the achievements of the Suth Family in building “the leading manufacturer of coil springs for the aerospace industry.” “Stopped by Hoosier Spring in South Bend this afternoon and toured their growing campus.”

In a tweet dated March 18, 2025, Congressman Yakym expressed gratitude towards farmers on National Ag Day. He recognized their role in sustaining the economy and communities within Indiana’s 2nd District: “On #NationalAgDay, I want to thank all the hardworking farmers, growers, and producers of #IN02.”
