On February 20, 2025, Yakym expressed his appreciation for the Steinberger Construction crew and Cass County officials during a visit to Logansport. He noted that “Steinberger is a premier manufacturing building contractor in Logansport helping to maintain Indiana’s status as the manufacturing capital of the world.”

Later that day, he extended congratulations to Kelly Loeffler on her confirmation as Administrator of the Small Business Administration. Yakym stated his confidence in her ability to “cut red tape for small businesses and fight for hardworking Hoosiers.”

In another post on the same date, Yakym highlighted his visit to Radel Wood Products in Peru. He praised the business as “a great small business that has persevered during challenging economic times,” expressing pleasure at meeting Gerald and his team.
