Congressman Rudy Yakym, representing Indiana’s 2nd District since 2022, shared insights from his recent activities and engagements through a series of tweets. Born in 1984 and currently residing in Granger, Yakym is an alumnus of Indiana University South Bend.

On February 21, 2025, Congressman Yakym highlighted the achievements of Instrumental Machine and Development. He noted their contributions to technology and innovation in Warsaw, stating “Instrumental Machine and Development is leading the way in technology and innovation in Warsaw. They are a great company that helps Kosciusko County maintain its status as the Orthopedic Capital of the World!”

Later that day, he reflected on his Indiana Innovation Tour. He expressed gratitude for engaging with various stakeholders across his district. In his words, “What a great week on the road on our Indiana Innovation Tour! We traveled across the district, listening to small businesses, innovators, and manufacturers.” He emphasized how these interactions aid him in advocating for policies fostering growth and opportunities.

Additionally, Yakym shared about meeting Levon Johnson from the Elkhart Chamber of Commerce. On this occasion, he remarked “Always a pleasure to spend time with my friend and @ElkhartChamber CEO Levon Johnson.” This interaction focused on potential collaborations for economic development in Elkhart County.
