On Friday, Feb. 7, former Penn High School standout Abby Widmar’s current college team, the Indiana State Sycamores, lost 3-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles.
The game took place at FGCU Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.
The Sycamores’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 4 p.m. at Samford Softball Field against Samford Bulldogs.
