Congressman Rudy Yakym, who has represented Indiana’s 2nd District since 2022, recently took to social media to share his views on a significant legislative development. The congressman, aged 39 and residing in Granger, expressed his opinions on Twitter regarding the One Big Beautiful Bill.

On July 9, 2025, at 17:11 UTC, Congressman Yakym posted a tweet that simply contained an emoji “” along with two links.

Later that day at 18:21 UTC, he tweeted about fiscal policy and taxation. In his post, he stated “No Hoosier has ever told me Washington should tax more and spend more. The One Big Beautiful Bill makes the 2017 tax cuts permanent and delivers the largest federal spending cut in history.”

At 19:45 UTC on the same day, Yakym reiterated his support for the bill by affirming its alignment with promises made to Americans. He tweeted “Promises made. Promises kept. @HouseGOP’s One Big Beautiful Bill delivers for the 77 million Americans who demanded results”
