On May 6, 2025, Congressman Yakym announced that his team would be available in Rochester and Mentone to assist with federal casework questions. He stated, “Tomorrow my team will be available in Rochester and Mentone to assist with federal casework questions.”

Later that day, he expressed enthusiasm about hosting a group at the Capitol. At 2:30 AM UTC on May 6th, he tweeted, “Great to show our friends @AIPAC around the Capitol tonight!” AIPAC is known for its advocacy work related to U.S.-Israel relations.
