Congressman Rudy Yakym, representing Indiana’s 2nd District since 2022, recently shared updates on his activities and engagements through a series of tweets. Born in 1984 and residing in Granger, Yakym has been actively involved in legislative processes and community interactions.

On June 19, 2025, Congressman Yakym expressed enthusiasm about his meeting with the Americans for Prosperity group in Mishawaka. He noted the energy within Indiana’s Second District regarding the legislative process: “Great afternoon with @IndianaAFP in Mishawaka! Indiana’s Second District is fired up to get the One Big Beautiful Bill across the finish line.”

The following day, on June 20, 2025, he tweeted a brief but emphatic message signaling ongoing efforts: “NOT DONE YET! #YesCers”

Later that same day, Yakym highlighted his engagement with representatives from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He reflected on discussions aimed at bolstering Indiana’s home building industry: “Great to be with so many folks from @NAHBhome last week to discuss more ways to grow Indiana’s home building industry.”

Rudy Yakym graduated from Indiana University South Bend with an Associate of Science degree in 2009 and a Bachelor of Science degree in 2011.
