Rudy Yakym, serving as a congressman from Indiana’s 2nd District since 2022, regularly shares insights and experiences on his official platform. Yakym, who was born in 1984 and currently resides in Granger, earned an AS in 2009 and a BS in 2011, both from Indiana University South Bend.

On May 1, 2025, Yakym quoted scripture in connection with a national observance, stating “Pray without ceasing.” – I Thessalonians 5:17, in recognition of the National Day of Prayer.

The following day, May 2, 2025, Yakym highlighted his involvement with a community service program. He expressed it was “an honor to spend the morning delivering food to seniors through the Meals on Wheels program in South Bend,” praising organizations that positively influence the community.

Later on the same day, May 2, he reaffirmed his dedication to his constituents by stating, “It’s an honor to serve the hardworking people of Indiana’s Second District. @HouseGOP remains focused on delivering real results for the American people.”
