Congressman Rudy Yakym, who has been representing Indiana’s 2nd District since 2022, shared insights from his recent activities in Elkhart through a series of tweets. Born in 1984 and currently residing in Granger, Yakym is an alumnus of Indiana University South Bend.

On June 18, 2025, Congressman Yakym expressed his enthusiasm for visiting Ben’s Pretzels, describing it as “a true homegrown success story right here in Elkhart.” He mentioned trying their newest product ahead of the upcoming Notre Dame football season. The original post can be viewed here.
