The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Ellen L. Marks, Ellen Marks for Congress, refunded $100 to Lisa Deberry on March 18, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Ellen Marks for Congress refunded $100 total since October 1, 2019.
