92 percent of applicants to Bethel College-Indiana were admitted for fall 2018

At Bethel College-Indiana, 73 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 65 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Mishawaka enrolled 1,513 students in fall 2018, including 1,329 in undergraduate and 184 in graduate programs, data shows. 9.1 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

73 percent of undergraduates are residents of Indiana, and 23 percent are residents of other states. 3 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (68 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (10 percent).

The school admitted 92 percent of the 1,187 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 27 percent enrolled.
