The Notre Dame Alumni Association has multiple ways to help people connect to the university and stay connected, according to information on the association's page at the university's website.

"Our mission as the Notre Dame Alumni Association includes keeping you connected to the university and each other and helping you thrive in faith, service, learning, and work," the page says.

Among other ways, the association offers "digital neighborhoods" where those connected "gather to pray, to learn, to network, to be inspired and to share our passions, such as traveling," the page says. "These free online platforms provide a distinct and valuable way to connect in the areas that are most important to you."

Notre Dame is a private Roman Catholic research university with its campus near South Bend.

One digital neighborhood offered by Notre Dame Alumni Association is "Faith ND," a faith community where people can sign up for free to receive daily gospel reflections, send out prayer cards, submit "Grotto prayer intentions" and access FaithND’s Everyday Holiness podcast, the page says.

Another digital neighborhood is "Irish Compass," where students and alumni can access a hire job board, career resources and mentoring program, and participate in industry group discussions. Irish Compass also sends a monthly newsletter, "Irish At Work," to members of the Irish Compass digital neighborhood.

Yet another digital neighborhood is "ThinkND," the university's open online learning community. It features more than 1,000 free videos, podcasts, articles, virtual events, courses and series produced by faculty and industry professionals.

These productions "give learners a deeper look at topics from across the university," the page says about the ThinkND digital neighborhood. "These series include 'Big Questions,' 'Where We’re Going,' international book clubs and more."

Yet another digital network is "Traveling Irish," where hundreds of university alumni and friends talk about their travels throughout the world, discuss upcoming trips, share travel experiences and receive a regular newsletter.
