Census Bureau: More men than women in Notre Dame in 2019

Of the 6,646 people living in Notre Dame in 2019, 44.5 percent (2,957) were women and 55.5 percent (3,689) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Bend Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 3,559-to-2,938. All 130 individuals in the 65 and over age range were men.
