Primack Named Ccac Player Of The Week
The Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference announced the women's soccer Player of the Week awards this morning. Taylor Primack was named CCAC Defensive Player of the Week.
Primack, from Lindenhurst, Illinois, is a sophomore goalkeeper on the Holy Cross College women's soccer team. For the week, she totaled 9 saves in the Saints' two matches. Primack recorded a 0-0 shutout, with six saves, on September 20 vs the University of St. Francis. She followed that up with a three-save game vs St. Xavier University.
Behind Primack, women's soccer is currently 2-2-6 overall and 1-2-2 in league play. The Saints will be back in action on Wednesday, September 28 when they host Indiana University South Bend. Kickoff set for 2:00pm.
