Saints Fall To (Rv) Huntington On The Road

The Holy Cross men's basketball team had a non-conference matchup today when they traveled to (RV) Huntington University. The Saints struggled defensively early in this game giving up 53 points in the first half. Huntington was able to shoot efficiently from the field and the three-point line. Mick Sullivan was the Saints leading scorer in the half with 6 points, Sullivan also managed to grab 5 rebounds in the half. The Saints would trail 53-25 going into halftime. Holy Cross's offense picked up in the second half, as they would shout 47% from the field. Nash Hostetler would lead the Saints with 10 second half points on 4/9 shooting from the field. Despite the better shooting in the half from the Saints, they would fall 94-63. With the loss, Holy Cross drops to 3-6 overall, while Huntington University improves to 7-1.
