Men's Basketball Takes Down Eagles At Home

The Holy Cross men's basketball team continued their conference play today, when they played host to the Judson University Eagles. The Saints' ability to hit the three-point shot and apply pressure on defense would lead to early success for the Saints. The Saints shot 53% from the field and 50% from three-point range in the first half. Nash Hostetler led the Saints from three-point range with four three-pointers in today's game. The Saints took a 49-26 lead into halftime. In the second half, Tommy Snyder led the way with his ability to score inside. Snyder led the Saints with 27 points in the game and was able to stretch the floor with two three-pointers. The Saints early success on defense and their ability to hit shots down the stretch would lead to an 86-67 victory over the Eagles. With the win Holy Cross improves to 7-9 overall and 3-6 in conference play, while the Eagles drop to 5-11 and 3-6.
