Staffing changes at Holy Cross College

Holy Cross College is excited to share two staffing changes happening on campus.

Adam DeBeck, who has been with the College for 15 years, will assume the newly created position of Associate Vice President for College Relations focusing on increasing alumni and parent engagement and financial support by creating and maintaining pathways for alumni, community, and parents to provide professional expertise and volunteer in ways that help advance the goals of the College. In his new role, he will provide leadership and initiative to build and manage comprehensive programs for Holy Cross College. He will also play a key part in community engagement by acting as a liaison between Holy Cross and the greater Michiana region. DeBeck has been with the College for 15 years with roles in admissions, alumni relations, and career counseling. He will assume his new position June 1, 2023.

Andrew Ouellette, who has been with the College for over 3 years, will transition from his role as the Director of Campus Ministry to the newly created position of Director of Foundation Relations and Church Relations. He will develop strategies and execute all grant activity for Holy Cross College, managing relationships beginning with identification through qualification, cultivation, solicitation, closing grants, and stewarding recipients from public and private foundations and government agencies. Ouellette will also enhance the existing pipeline by effectively partnering with those foundations and government agencies whose funding priorities align with Holy Cross College’s strategic plan. As a Theologian, he has published and been invited to give lectures including this past fall’s “Saturdays with the Saints” hosted by the McGrath Institute of Church Life at the University of Notre Dame. He will assume his new role starting February 1, 2023.

“With plans to roll out our strategic plan in the next few months, Mr. DeBeck and Mr. Ouellette bring many talents and great passion for our Holy Cross mission and the vision for the future of Holy Cross College. Their experience at the College and the deep relationships they have formed in the community will undoubtedly propel them to new levels of impact. I am excited to see the great work that they will do in the years ahead and how they will advance the mission of Holy Cross,” said Dr. Marco Clark, Ed.D., president of Holy Cross College.

A comprehensive search for their successors will begin immediately.
