Friday, March 14: Marian High School standout Chase Bays’ college team loses to Western Carolina Catamounts

On Friday, March 14, former Marian High School standout Chase Bays’ current college team, the Eastern Illinois Panthers, lost 5-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Western Carolina Catamounts.

The game took place at Ronnie G. Childress Field at Hennon Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Catamounts this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 2 p.m. at Ronnie G. Childress Field at Hennon Stadium against Western Carolina Catamounts.
