Congressman Rudy Yakym, who has represented Indiana’s 2nd District in the U.S. Congress since 2022, released a virtual “Medicare 101” webinar to help constituents understand Medicare and prepare for the upcoming Open Enrollment period starting October 15.
The video presentation, hosted by Yakym’s office, provides an overview of Medicare basics and guidance on how Hoosiers can enroll during the designated enrollment window. The webinar is available for viewing online.
Yakym reminded residents that his office offers assistance with navigating federal agencies. He encouraged those needing help to contact his Mishawaka office at 574-204-2645.
Yakym, age 39, was born in 1984 and lives in Granger. He graduated from Indiana University South Bend with an AS in 2009 and a BS in 2011.
