On Tuesday, March 11, former Marian High School standout Evann Schmidtendorff’s current college team, the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons, lost 13-10 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Ball State Cardinals.

The game took place at Ball Diamond. This was their first matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Mastodons’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 3 p.m. at Bill Aker Baseball Complex against Northern Kentucky Norse.
