The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Ellen L. Marks, Ellen Marks for Congress, refunded $2,800 to Paula S. Greenman on June 23, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Ellen Marks for Congress refunded $4,100 total since January 1.
