Bendable Collection: Celebrating Juneteenth
As president of the South Bend chapter of the Indiana Black Expo, Juneteenth has always been one of my favorite events, both professionally and personally.
We celebrate African American culture, showcase local, minority-owned businesses and artists, and announce scholarship recipients each year to encourage post-secondary education for minority youth.
It is a great opportunity to highlight the African American community in a positive light, and I’m thankful to honor that.
