Congressman Rudy Yakym (IN-02) has announced the schedule for his office’s mobile staff office hours throughout Indiana’s Second District in September 2025. The initiative aims to provide constituents with opportunities for one-on-one meetings with the Congressman’s team, focusing primarily on federal casework assistance. These sessions are not intended as town halls, and attendees are expected to maintain respectful conduct.
Mobile office hours will be held at various locations across several counties:
In Cass County, staff will be available at Walton-Tipton Public Library on Wednesday, September 17 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET.
Elkhart County residents can visit Nappanee City Hall on Friday, September 19 between 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. ET.
For Fulton County, the Rochester District Office will offer regular hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET at 709 Main Street in Rochester. Additional hours are scheduled at Akron Clerk’s Office on Monday, September 8 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. ET.
Kosciusko County sessions include Bell Memorial Public Library in Mentone on Monday, September 15 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET and Warsaw City Hall on Monday, September 29 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. ET.
La Porte County office hours will take place at La Porte Parks and Recreation Department on Friday, September 19 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. CT (10:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. ET).
Marshall County’s session is set for Argos Town Hall on Wednesday, September 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. ET.
Miami County residents may attend Peru City Hall (2nd Floor Conference Room) on Monday, September 8 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET.
Pulaski County staff hours are scheduled for Pulaski County Library in Winamac on Wednesday, September 10 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. ET.
Starke County meetings will occur at Starke County Courthouse in Knox on Wednesday, September 10 from 1:00 p.m.–2:30 p.m. CT (2:00–3:30 p.m. ET).
The Mishawaka District Office in St Joseph County will continue its regular weekday hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET at its location on Grape Road.
Wabash City Hall will host Wabash County office hours Thursday, September 25 between 9:30 a.m.–11:00 a.m. ET.
Rudy Yakym has represented Indiana's Second District in Congress since 2022. He was born in Granger in 1984 and is currently age thirty-nine. Yakym graduated twice from Indiana University South Bend, earning an associate degree in 2009 and then completing his bachelor’s degree there two years later.
