Congressman Rudy Yakym, representing Indiana's 2nd District since 2022, has expressed his views on current political issues through a series of tweets. These posts reflect his stance on the state of American politics and his anticipation for upcoming changes in leadership.

On December 2, 2024, Yakym criticized the prevailing political environment by stating that "These are the lies and politics as usual that Americans are sick and tired of and that they elected President Trump to change. (3/4)"

Later the same day, he questioned the credibility of President Biden's promises with the statement: "It turns out “my word as a Biden” meant absolutely nothing at all. January 20 can’t come soon enough."

In another tweet posted shortly after, Yakym simply remarked: "Note: Exceptions apply." without providing further context.
