Rudy Yakym, a U.S. Congressman representing Indiana's 2nd District since 2022, recently shared several updates on social media. Born in 1984 and residing in Granger, Yakym graduated from Indiana University South Bend with degrees earned in 2009 and 2011.
On February 11, 2025, Congressman Yakym expressed enthusiasm about recent developments with a tweet stating "Amazing news! Peace through strength at work!".
Later the same day, he addressed concerns regarding the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) with another post: "For far too long, the IRS has allowed the theft of tax returns, including President Trump’s, to go unaddressed. I was proud to call out the agency for their lack of transparency and willingness to seek solutions on this matter today."
In an early morning tweet on February 12, he welcomed an individual named Marc back home by stating "Welcome home, Marc ".
