Congressman Rudy Yakym has criticized former Social Security Commissioner Martin O’Malley for predicting the collapse of Social Security within 30 to 90 days. It has been 116 days since the prediction, and according to the new Social Security Commissioner, Bisignano, the program remains stable.

“It is downright reckless for disgraced Biden officials to peddle baseless conspiracy theories that Republicans are out to destroy Social Security,” Rep. Yakym stated. He emphasized that "Americans deserve the truth, not scare tactics from partisan bureaucrats trying to cover for their own failures." Yakym asserted that while Democrats engage in fearmongering, Republicans are committed to finding real solutions and working with Commissioner Bisignano to strengthen Social Security and address past issues.
