Congressman Rudy Yakym, who has represented Indiana's 2nd District in the U.S. Congress since 2022, highlighted local businesses and agricultural operations in a series of posts on August 26, 2025.

In his first post at 16:21 UTC, Yakym praised a local business, stating, "MPS eggs in North Manchester is a proud, family-owned business that has given back in enormous ways to their community. I am so grateful for the Krouse family’s continued commitment to Wabash County."

Yakym was born in 1984 and currently resides in Granger. He graduated from Indiana University South Bend with both an associate's degree (2009) and a bachelor's degree (2011).
